In the 2022 State of Sexual Harassment Study, it was found that over half of respondents experienced sexual harassment in the last 12 months.

The Shift Work Shop offers proactive and consent-forward sexual harassment prevention training, workshops and resources to support in the cultivating cultures of respect. We work with organizations, companies and groups that are ready to leave behind the old and ineffective trainings of the past to develop programs that are anti-sexist in an effort to build empathy, respect, and honest communication in the workplace.

Annual Sexual Harassment Prevention Training To Create Anti-Sexist Workplaces

Our Annual Sexual Harassment Prevention Program is a virtual offering for companies up to 50 employees. We cover the basics including types of harassment, retaliation, supervisor responsibility, action steps in the event of harassment and bystander intervention. This exceeds the minimum requirements of New York State and City. All sessions will be recorded and made available for on-boarding new employees.

Our program evolves the conversation while exploring the nuances of human interaction in the workplace. We connect with our own experiences and leverage this to create meaningful dialogue, education and prevention strategies.

  • 90-min Progressive Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

  • 60-min Progressive Supervisor Training

  • 2 - 60-min Lunch & Learn Discussions
