Creating Anti-Sexist Workplaces Through Consent-Forward Training
Sexual Harassment Prevention that Builds Empathy, Safety, and Lasting Change
Every employee deserves to feel safe, respected, and empowered in their workplace. However, our studies reveal that 53% of respondents reported experiencing sexual harassment in the past year. Traditional training programs often lack the depth and compassion needed to truly address the underlying issues.
